Conference Fee

The conference fee covers conference materials and activities, lunch and coffee breaks, and closing party.

Active member of LNA       early – free of charge, late 10 Eur, on the conference day 15 Eur

Non-member of LNA (regular)    early 30 Eur,  late 40 Eur, on the conference day 50 Eur

Non-member of LNA (student)     early 10 Eur, late 15 Eur, on the conference day 20 Eur

 

The deadline for early registration fee is 12th of November 2024, 24:00 (time zone UTC/GMT +2:00 hours).

Please note the payment on the conference day can only be made via this website (there will be NO POSSIBILITY to pay in cash or with a credit card on site).

 

Registration to the Conference

All participants are required to register for the conference. Please make sure you have paid the conference fee/activated your membership first. Only then will you receive access to the registration form.

Here are the steps for a successful registration:

  1. Log in/create an account.
  2. Pay the conference fee / renew membership:
  • For members: Please check your membership status under your profile; once you have paid the most recent membership you will become an active member. If you wish to become a new member, please first read the instructions
  • For non-members: please make a conference fee payment.
  1. Register for the conference (after successful payment the form will be visible below. Please open the conference site again / refresh this website if needed to see the registration form).

Abstract Submission

The best posters will be awarded – please submit your abstract! To participate in the Poster session, first you are required to submit an abstract. Abstract submission deadline – 7th of November, 24:00 (time zone UTC/GMT +2:00 hours). Please note – the deadline is final!

How to submit an abstract:

  1. Register for the conference. Make sure you have registered for the conference first. The registration form can be found above, under Registration form.
  2. Submit abstract. Now you can submit an abstract for your poster presentation. This could be done on your LNA account. Please go to My Account (top right corner) – My Presentations – Add a New Presentation.

Requirements for abstracts:

  • Summary – Max 2500 character (with spaces)
  • Co-authors should be displayed in this order – Name Surname, Institution

Please note that abstracts will not be edited or proofread. Please check carefully for any mistypes, make sure co-authors are presented in the right order, etc.

Abstract corrections:

Your submitted abstracts are displayed under My Presentations. If the status is “Awaiting approval” you still can make changes to it. Please click on a pen (correction) symbol to access the abstract and make amendments. You will be able to correct it as many times as you wish but only until it is approved by the organisers.

Please note that abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

 

Poster Session

You are expected to present your poster based on your abstract during the poster session and answer questions. We strongly encourage an active participation in the poster session that will take place during the Conference. Please speak to the organizers at the registration desk once you have arrived at the venue. You will be assigned a stand to hang your poster on; pins will be provided.

Requirements for posters:

  • Poster orientation: portrait
  • Poster size: A1 (594×841 mm)

Poster printing expenses can be covered for all LNA members. To get reimbursement please do the following:  

  • Print your poster at the printing house of your choice (NOTE: You must print-out the poster yourself!); 
  • Ask for an invoice that must be issued to Lietuvos neuromokslų asociacija, Company code 300007300; 
  • Get a payment receipt; 
  • Bring the invoice, the receipt, your name and bank account details to Ramunė Grikšienė on the day of the conference or send them all after the conference to ramune.griksiene@gf.vu.lt.
